What sizes and types of ramp do you make?
We build across three ranges: the nanuskate session range - 2.5ft ramps (8ft, 12ft, 16ft and 20ft widths) for learners, schools and home use, available with or without handrails; the nanuskate progression range - 3ft ramps (12ft–24ft widths, with handrails as standard) for intermediate riders and events; and the nanuskate expression range - 4ft ramps (12ft–32ft widths, with handrails as standard) for environments with more space to play with, giving riders room to skate freely and take on an extra level of challenge. Bespoke configurations are also available.
How long does assembly take?
It depends on ramp size and how many people are building it. Our session range (2.5ft) ramps and our 12ft/16ft progression range (3ft) ramps can be assembled in as little as 30 minutes. Larger ramps take longer, but are normally well within a couple of hours. All our ramps use the same components regardless of size - larger sizes simply take more time to put together, not more effort or expertise.
Can the ramp be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. The entire structure - the frame, the riding substructure and the riding surface itself - is weather-resistant and engineered to perform equally well outdoors year-round or indoors.
What standards does the ramp meet?
All our ramps are manufactured to BS EN 14974:2019 and is RoSPA-inspected as part of our design and build process.
Is there a warranty included with the ramps?
Yes - every nanuskate ramp comes with a 5-year structural integrity guarantee. Key components, including our board substrate and riding surface, also carry their own manufacturer-backed warranties as further assurance of build quality.
Can I see the ramp before buying?
Yes. We have a showroom and demonstration facility at our Ferndown, UK manufacturing base — get in touch to arrange a visit and see (or ride) a ramp in person.

Every ramp is quoted individually - including bespoke configurations built to your own specification - so get in touch for a personalised quote. Finance is available from £238/month for Ltd companies (subject to status, via Portman Asset Finance). We also supply a range of add-ons - including sub-boxes, tombstones, dollies and trailers - all priced on application.
Why are your ramps more costly than others I've seen available online?
Certification, materials and durability. Our ramps are independently certified to BS EN 14974:2019 and RoSPA-inspected — most budget ramps sold online aren't. We use durable, weather-resistant materials and an engineered riding surface built to withstand years of outdoor use and repeated assembly, backed by our 5-year structural guarantee. Cheaper alternatives often cut costs on exactly these points, so the saving comes with added risk and a reduced lifespan.
Do you offer any add-ons or accessories?

UK delivery lead times are normally between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on ramp configuration. International deliveries are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to individual order requirements and logistics — get in touch and we'll confirm a timeline for your location.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes - we welcome enquiries from anywhere in the world. Europe tends to be the most straightforward for us logistically, but we're keen to hear from anyone, wherever you're based. Get in touch with your location and requirements and we'll talk through what's possible.
Can I order more than one ramp?
Yes - we regularly get enquiries for multiple units for larger sites, touring events, or phased rollouts. Get in touch to discuss volume and delivery scheduling.

We're a school - does the ramp qualify for PE funding?
Skateboarding is confirmed as part of the GCSE PE curriculum in Wales from September 2026, and is already included in Northern Ireland. It is not yet confirmed within the England GCSE PE curriculum, though this is under active campaign. Outside of curriculum-specific funding, many schools fund ramps through general PE, sports premium, or capital equipment budgets - we're happy to provide documentation to support your funding case.
Can our school lease a ramp instead of buying outright?
Often, yes. Since 2024, DfE accounting rule changes have made it easier for schools to lease equipment without individual Secretary of State approval - a blanket consent now covers common leasing categories, including gym/PE equipment, for maintained schools (from April 2024) and academies (from September 2024). This means many schools can arrange to lease a ramp through their own internal procurement process rather than needing a one-off capital purchase. We're happy to talk through what's right for your school's specific setup and funding route.
We need documentation for our school's procurement process - can you provide this?
Yes. We can supply compliance certification (BS EN 14974:2019), RoSPA inspection documentation, structural load-weight calculations, technical specifications, insurance details and formal quotations to support your procurement process.

Yes - if you'd rather not manage assembly and disassembly yourselves, we can arrange for our team to come and install and remove the ramp at agreed times, whether that's a one-off event or a recurring schedule across multiple sites. Is the ramp suitable for grant funding applications?
Council and community customers can often use nanuskate ramps as part of sport and facility development grant applications (e.g. local authority capital funds, sport development grants). We can supply supporting documentation, but can't guarantee the outcome of any specific application.
